As I lose attachment to attack (judgment) I become more light… without any effort. The layers of fear fall away, having simply been a cover for my light, a luminous light waiting to effuse and to expand… to eagerly embrace the light in all of us.

When I trust I have no attachment. When I have no attachment, fear is gone. When fear is gone love is present. When love is present I am free. Did I tell you I am devoted to trusting?
When we attack ourselves We cause dis-ease (lack of harmony) In the body. As we continue to attack ourselves Or others (same difference) We cause disease In our bodies.
