the light in all of us

As I lose attachment to attack (judgment) I become more light… without any effort. The layers of fear fall away, having simply been a cover for my light, a luminous light waiting to effuse and to expand… to eagerly embrace the light in all of us.

When we attack ourselves We cause dis-ease (lack of harmony) In the body. As we continue to attack ourselves Or others (same difference) We cause disease In our bodies.

if your name was ‘Oneness’ and you met someone and introduced yourself. she replied ‘my name is Oneness too’. then another joined you. he said, ‘my name is Oneness.’ shortly two more people joined you. their names were Oneness also. if everyone’s name was Oneness…. then would we begin to get the idea?
